Through the introduction of specialized equipment for powder filling, Pacmac has addressed the special handling and sealing requirements for packaging infant formula and milk powder. With the ability to achieve < 1% residual oxygen in containers sealed using our vacuum & gassing equipment, shelf-life of products containing milk fat can now be significantly increased. In addition, a flexible system layout allows for simultaneous multi-station operation, thus increasing overall efficiency and throughput.

Pacmac offers fully semi-automatic and automatic filling lines for semi-solid products such as ointments, gels, and balms in small jars, shallow drawn cans, and pharmaceutical tinlets. Filling lines are also offered for shoe polish in tinlets.

Pacmac offers complete automatic and semi-automatic filling lines for packaging of dry products such as oats, muesli, dry fruits, wrapped candy, individually packed candy/cough drops, and other high bulk-density products in to PET jars and composite cans. Weigh fillers suitable for the specific product can be provided to meet the specifications for fill weight accuracy and fill speed.

Based on the characteristics of the product being filled, optional features such as fill funnels, products compactors, jar vibration conveyors, etc. can be provided. An output of up to 90 jars per minute can be provided for specific jar sizes when coupled with multi-drop weigh fillers.
